Questions on Personality and Behavior

1. What kind of personality do you think you have?

I like to think of myself as a balanced person. I enjoy the company of other people, but sometimes I like to be alone to work or just think. I focus hard on the things that are necessary, but when I have some time off, I like to sit back and relax.

2. Would you describe yourself as outgoing or reserved?

I can be both. It depends on the situation and who I am with..

3. Are you more of a follower or a leader?

I'd say I'm good at being a follower but if there is a need for me to be at the forefront of things, I don't balk at the responsibility..

4. What would you say are some of your strong points?

I am considerate of other people, especially their shortcomings. I believe a failure will bring another chance. That's my motto. That's why I try not to be biased in life but to find a lot of possibilities in life.

5. What is your hobby?

I love collecting different kinds of fashion styles. Sometimes i consider it as my weakness.Well. some people see me as "fashionista".

6.Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.

I'm strong in positive thinking and concentration. My down side is that I care too much about little stuffs but I am trying to change that now.

7. Tell me what your worst habit is.

My worst habit is spending a lot of money buying accesories which in fact it isn't much a need.

8. Do you like meeting with people?

That's my preoccupation. I love to make new friends.

9. Do you think you are ambitious?

I am. I believe every person should have an ambition or else he wouldn't have any direction at all. If a man had no ambition, what then is he living for?

10. What makes you angry?

I am not easily angered; however, I particularly dislike overbearing, over-aggressive egotistical behavior.

11. What inspires you?

When I see people being passionate about what they do and really care about,it inspires me to be good at what I do.

12. What is your principle in life?

Never surrender. That's how I look at the challenges in life. I won't give up no matter how difficult the situation.

13. Who do you admire the most?

I admire Oprah Winfrey because of her accomplishments in life. She has helped a lot of people. She inspires me.

14. What is the one lesson you learned as a child that still affects your life today?

I learned that a lie does not solve a problem in the past; it even creates another problem in the future. I once told a lie to save myself from my mother's spanking. I stood by my fabricated story and told one more lie after another until such time that I could no longer keep track of what lies I told to every particular person without being found out that I was lying. My credibility crumbled.

15. Which color do you like?

I like blue. It's a royal color. It has a pacifyng effect on me.

16. Tell me, who is the personality that best represents you as a person?

I choose Queen Victoria of England. I think I am like her in a smaller way. Queen Victoria ascended to the throne at a very young age but she never married. Instead, she dedicated her life to governing England to bring the kingdom to greatness. She sacrificed herself for the greater glory. I am like that, too. I am ready to make sacrifices for the greater good.

17. What is the most precious gift you have given to someone?

For me, quality time can not be quantified monetarily. Considering the busy person that I am, I seldom find time to party or loiter around. So I think the most precious gift I have given to someone is my time.

18. What is the biggest challenge in your life?

The biggest challenge of my life is overcoming my grief over the lost of a loved one. Losing him was the most difficult part of my life. It is a big challenge to wake up each day and not think of him and cry inside.

19. How well do you take stress?

I believe that a little stress once in a while is better than no stress at all. When I am so worn out, I go to bed early and sleep. If it doesn't work, I go find a quiet place and cry out loud. After that, I feel good.

20. How do you handle conflict?

I keep communication lines open. I honestly express my feelings in a way that also takes into consideration the feelings and rights of other people. I avoid being aggressive. Most importantly, I try being conciliatory to avoid the stress of a conflict.

21. If your friend feels down, how can you cheer him/her up?

First, I'll ask him to share his problem with me and I'll lend him an ear. Then I'll offer some options that I would take if I were in his shoes. And then, I would take him out to a funny movie.But,it depends upon the situation.

22. What type of person wouldn't you like to be with?

I wouldn't like to have a person who's very moody. It makes me irritated.

23. What is the biggest mistake in your life?

The biggest mistake in my life was trusting someone right away without getting to know him thoroughly first. That mistake taught me a lesson.

24. Is it a sin to tell a lie?

If I take it from a Christian point of view, lying is a sin no matter what, even if the intention is good. With morality as the yardstick, I believe some lies are necessary and they are not wrong especially if they are done out of empathy and compassion.

25. Describe your personality.

I am who I am.
